Former warrior, scyles, you should probably readjust your talents. You'll have a tough time stance dancing without TM. Improved Demo is a huge debuff vs raid mobs as well. AP works a lot differently for them then acutal players and the extra ap reduction is a nice decrease in dmg taken. Cruelty also makes for a lot more threat and rage generation from crits. 46 poitns in Prot is a bit much. Revenge stun doesnt affect too many mobs in raid envirionment if you are looking to drop a few points. Also, anticipation is not the best talent. 10 defense can easily be made up with gear. Might be decent early on when you have little d gear (but you can get 370 or more from blues), but for 5 points, you could get much higher trheat generation and dmg mitagation elsewhere. Stun and charm effects is more pvp related. Few mobs in mc / zg will make use of those 5 points, makign them almost wasted.

Not telling you how to spec, just some suggestions. Deeja has a much better build in my opinion. Usually only need 1 warrior with improved demo though, so everyoen doesnt have to spec that, jsut 1 has to be demo bitch if they have it.

Unfortunately real life dictates that I don't have the same time as some of our other warriors to devote to WOW. Because of this, I have a feeling that the other warriors such as Scyle/Mcnasty/Deeja will ultimately wind up better geared than I which may limit my effectiveness as a protection spec'd warrior. For the time being I'm DW Fury, but willing to spec whatever is most needed.
